INCONTESTABILITY definition

INCONTESTABILITY. This Contract is incontestable from its Contract Date.
INCONTESTABILITY. We will not contest this Contract.
INCONTESTABILITY. We will not contest payment of the Death Proceeds based on the initial Specified Amount after this Policy has been in force during the Insured's lifetime for 2 years from the Policy Date. For any increase in Specified Amount requiring evidence of insurability, we will not contest payment of the Death Proceeds based on such an increase after it has been in force during the Insured's lifetime for 2 years from its effective date.

Two years after the Policy Date and the effective date of any increase in Specified Amount, if we have not received such notice, we will request confirmation that both Insureds are alive.
