In-Licensed IP definition

In-Licensed IP means the In-Licensed Patents and any In-Licensed Know-How.
In-Licensed IP means all Intellectual Property licensed by a third party to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
In-Licensed IP has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.3.
