Imaging System definition

Imaging System means XENOGEN’s ▇▇▇▇™ Imaging System as described in the Sales Agreement, consisting of the Equipment, Living Image® Software and any related components delivered to and installed at INSTITUTION and purchased or licensed by INSTITUTION.
Imaging System means the collection of computer software application programs and hardware devices that provides a means to capture, store, and retrieve document images from paper. An imaging system is often a part of an EDMS.
Imaging System means Xenogen’s ▇▇▇▇™ Series 100 Imaging System or ▇▇▇▇™ Series 50 Imaging System, consisting of the Equipment, Software and associated Documentation.
