Group III Mortgage Loan definition

Group III Mortgage Loan. An Adjustable-Rate Mortgage Loan assigned to Loan Group III with a principal balance at origination that may or may not conform to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loax xxxxtx.
Group III Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan in Loan Group III.
