Landlord shall have received a Ground Lessor Estoppel Certificate and, if applicable, a Fee Mortgagee Estoppel Certificate, for each Ground Lease Property.
Any such certificate may be relied upon by any actual or prospective mortgagee, assignee, sublessee or purchaser of the Premises and Ground Lease Property.
Upon the occurrence of any condemnation or taking or agreement in lieu thereof with respect to the Premises and the Ground Lease Property, or any part thereof, the condemnation proceeds shall be applied or disbursed in accordance with the provisions of the Mortgage, if any.
