Grandfathered Employees definition

Grandfathered Employees is defined as unit employees that, as of December 31, 2011, have twenty (20) or more years of CalPERS service (excluding “Air Time”) or, unit employees that retire on or before January 1, 2022 with twenty-five (25) years or more of Xxxxxx City service.
Grandfathered Employees means those employees who meet the definition of “Grandfathered Employees” set out in the B&W Conversion Services, LLC (BWCS) Pension Plan for Grandfathered Employees.
Grandfathered Employees means those employees who meet the definition of “Grandfathered Employees” set out in the East Tennessee Technology Park Pension Plan for Grandfathered Employees (ETTP MEPP).

Examples of Grandfathered Employees in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall enter into administrative agreements with the lead sponsor, UCOR, or a successor lead sponsor, for the management and administration of these plans when the Contractor has Grandfathered Employees participating in the ETTP Plan(s).

More Definitions of Grandfathered Employees

Grandfathered Employees means those employees who are defined as Grandfathered Employees under the East Tennessee Technology Park (ETTP) multi-employer pension plan (MEPP) for Grandfathered Employees and other existing benefit plans sponsored by the Incumbent Contractor, and applicable law.
Grandfathered Employees means those employees who participate in the East Tennessee Technology Park Pension Plan for Grandfathered Employees (ETTP MEPP) and other existing benefit plans sponsored by the Incumbent Contractor, consistent with applicable law.
Grandfathered Employees means (i) with respect to defined benefit pension benefits, those U.S. Transferred Employees who are considered Grandfathered Employees with respect to benefits under 3M Pension Plans, and (ii) with respect to retiree health care benefits, those U.S. Transferred Employees who are considered Grandfathered Employees with respect to benefits under 3M Health Care Plans.
Grandfathered Employees means those employees who participate in the DUF6 Pension Plan for Grandfathered Employees or the East Tennessee Technology Park Pension Plan for Grandfathered Employees (ETTP MEPP) and other existing benefit plans sponsored by the Incumbent Contractors, and applicable law.
Grandfathered Employees means those employees who participate in the DUF6 Pension Plan for Grandfathered Employees or the Oak Ridge Reservation Cleanup Contract (ORRCC) (formerly East Tennessee Technology Park) Pension Plan for Grandfathered Employees (ORRCC MEPP) and other existing benefit plans sponsored by the Incumbent Contractors, and applicable law.
Grandfathered Employees means those employees who participate in the Oak Ridge Reservation Cleanup Contract (ORRCC) (formerly East Tennessee Technology Park) Pension Plan for Grandfathered Employees (ORRCC MEPP) and other existing benefit plans sponsored by the Incumbent Contractor, consistent with applicable law.
Grandfathered Employees means those employees who meet the eligibility requirements and who participate in the Idaho National Laboratory Employee Retirement Plan (INLERP).
