Global Registered Note definition

Global Registered Note means a Global Registered Note substantially in the form set out in Schedule 10 (Form of Global Registered Note) of the Programme Manual;

Global Registered Note means a Global Registered Note representing Notes sold outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S; and

Global Registered Note means a Regulation S Global Registered Note, a Rule 144A Global Registered Note, an Unrestricted Global Registered Note or a Restricted Global Registered Note.

• Subject to the provisions of Section 12.4 hereof, transfers of a Global Registered Note shall be limited to transfers of such Global Registered Note in whole, but not in part, to the Depositary or to a successor of the Depositary.

More Definitions of Global Registered Note

Global Registered Note means a Note in or substantially in the form set out in Part II of the Fourth Schedule hereof;
