Gift/s means the Acer Tab provided by Alliance Partner basis the winner eligibility specified by ICICI Bank herein.

Gift/s means a credit of Rs.200/- to the Customer’s Regular Saving Account, Silver Savings Account, Gold Privilege Account, Titanium Privilege Account or Wealth Management Account or other eligible savings account variants and subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and the additional eligibility criteria.
Gift/s means Provogue Watch, SMEJoinUp Membership, Tablet and Tata Zest car provided by Alliance Partner basis the winner eligibility specified by ICICI Bank herein.

Gift/s means the following product: - Voucher promo code from respective Alliance Partners OR - Discounts offered at stores of respective Alliance Partners • Offer shall be valid as per the Validity mentioned in the e-mailer. • Voucher promo codes have been sent to Customer/s, by ICICI Bank on behalf of the Alliance partners, on their registered email id. The Customer/s can redeem the Offer through their ICICI Bank Debit Card transactions using the promo codes, and as per the terms and conditions of Alliance Partner. • For Offers available at the stores, customers can redeem the Offer through ICICI Bank Debit Card transaction, and as per the terms and conditions of Alliance partner. • The Gift is subject to availability. • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by ICICI Bank. • The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable. • ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Gift/s. • Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer/s. • All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Gift/s, if any, shall be addressed to the Alliance Partner without any reference to ICICI Bank and the terms and conditions of the Alliance Partner in this regard shall be applicable. • The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift/s shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank. • All claims against ICICI Bank, if any are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. • The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on gifts / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever, and terms and conditions of Alliance Partner apply. • ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
