Foreign Securities System definition

Foreign Securities System means an Eligible Securities Depository listed on Schedule B hereto.
Foreign Securities System means a clearing agency or a securities depository listed on Schedule A hereto.
Foreign Securities System means either a clearing agency or a securities depository listed on Schedule A hereto or a Mandatory Securities Depository listed on Schedule B hereto.

  • Foreign securities and other financial assets held outside of the United States shall be maintained in a Foreign Securities System in a foreign country through arrangements implemented by the Custodian or foreign sub-custodian, as applicable, in the foreign country.
