Foreign Parent definition

Foreign Parent means the foreign person, or the first person outside the United States in a foreign chain of ownership, which has direct invest- ment in a U.S. business enterprise, in- cluding a branch.

Foreign Parent means Parent, Valcon Acquisition B.V., The Xxxxxxx Company B.V. and any other direct or indirect parent entity of a Covenant Party that is a Subsidiary of Parent.
