No Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would exist immediately after giving effect to the Incremental Existing Tranche Revolving Commitments contemplated by this Agreement.
For all purposes under the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents (including this Agreement), the Incremental Existing Tranche Revolving Commitments and the related Incremental Revolving Loans provided pursuant to this Agreement shall have the same terms as, and be treated as, the Amendment No. 3 Revolving Commitments and Revolving Loans made under the Amendment No. 3 Revolving Commitments, as applicable.
No Default or Event of Default exists on the date hereof before and after giving effect to the Incremental Existing Tranche Revolving Commitments contemplated hereby.
Except as set forth in this Agreement, the Incremental Existing Tranche Revolving Commitments contemplated hereby shall otherwise be subject to the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
