Fixed Rate Bonds definition

Fixed Rate Bonds means any Bonds which shall be converted to a Fixed Rate in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.
Fixed Rate Bonds means the Bonds of a Series in the Fixed Rate Mode.
Fixed Rate Bonds means Bonds which bear interest at a Fixed Interest Rate.

Examples of Fixed Rate Bonds in a sentence

  • Fixed Rate Bonds in definitive form (other than Long Maturity Bonds (as defined below)) should be presented for payment together with all unmatured Coupons appertaining thereto (which expression shall for this purpose include Coupons falling to be issued on exchange of matured Talons), failing which the amount of any missing unmatured Coupon will be deducted from the sum due for payment.

  • The Fixed Rate Bonds and the certificate of authentication to be endorsed thereon are to be in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto, with appropriate variations, omissions and insertions as permitted or required by this Indenture and applicable law.


More Definitions of Fixed Rate Bonds

Fixed Rate Bonds means Bonds that bear interest at a fixed rate.
