Examples of Fixed Rate Bonds in a sentence
Fixed Rate Bonds in definitive form (other than Long Maturity Bonds (as defined below)) should be presented for payment together with all unmatured Coupons appertaining thereto (which expression shall for this purpose include Coupons falling to be issued on exchange of matured Talons), failing which the amount of any missing unmatured Coupon will be deducted from the sum due for payment.
For so long as any of the Fixed Rate Bonds is represented by a global Bond held on behalf of Clearstream, Luxembourg and/or Euroclear, interest will be calculated on the full nominal amount Outstanding of the Fixed Rate Bonds and will be paid to Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear for distribution by them to entitled accountholders in accordance with their usual rules and operating procedures.
The applicable Supplemental Trust Agreement shall specify the rate or rates of interest borne by such Fixed Rate Bonds and the Debt Service Payment Dates thereof.
The Bonds may be issued as Fixed Rate Bonds, Variable Rate Bonds, Tender Bonds, Capital Appreciation Bonds, Deferred Income Bonds or Discount Bonds or any combination thereof in accordance with applicable provisions set forth below and the applicable Supplemental Trust Agreement.
The Fixed Rate Bonds and the certificate of authentication to be endorsed thereon are to be in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto, with appropriate variations, omissions and insertions as permitted or required by this Indenture and applicable law.
