FIXED BASIC RENT definition
FIXED BASIC RENT means the net minimum rental payable by Lessee under this Lease, as follows, subject, however, to Lessor's Architectural Certification: *As per Preamble Paragraph 13, below, Fixed Basic Rent does not commence until the Rent Commencement Date which is fifteen (15) months after the Commencement Date. Additional Rent shall commence nine (9) months after the Commencement Date, as per Paragraph 23 of this Lease. As used in the above schedule, "Year" shall mean a twelve month period commencing, as applicable, on the Rent Commencement Date or each anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date. In addition, if the Rent Commencement Date does not occur on the first (1st day of a calendar month, the first Year of this Lease shall be the period from the Rent Commencement Date through the last day of the twelfth (12th) month following the Rent Commencement Date.
FIXED BASIC RENT means: TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($280,374.00) for the Term payable as follows: 1 $92,050.50 $7,670.88 2 $93,739.50 $7,811.63 3 $94,584.00 $7,882.00
FIXED BASIC RENT means, for any Payment Date and with respect to any Aircraft, the amount set forth opposite such Payment Date under the heading "Fixed Basic Rent" on Schedule 2 to the Lease Supplement of such Aircraft.

The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor during the Term commencing on the Commencement Date, the Term Fixed Basic Rent as defined on the Reference Page (hereinafter called the "TERM FIXED BASIC RENT"), payable in such coin or currency of the United States of America as at the time of payment shall be legal tender for the payment of public and private debts.
