Fixed Base Operator definition

Fixed Base Operator means any person, firm, corporation, or association conducting any aeronautical business on the airport.
Fixed Base Operator means any person or business entity who or which undertakes or conducts any commercial aeronautical activity or service on the airport. This definition includes, but is not limited to, the following: flight training; aircraft rental; aircraft sales; aircraft charter or air taxi; airplane and power plant repair; aircraft line services; and, agricultural application from aircraft.
Fixed Base Operator means an airport business that provides airport user services, including but not limited to, com- mercial fuel handling within the boundaries of the airport.

Fixed Base Operator. (FBO) means any individual or business authorized to provide Aeronautical Services pursuant to Section 8 of these Rules and Regulations and the Airport Minimum Standards.

Only the Authority or an FBO may provide aviation fuel services at the Airport.
Fixed Base Operator means a fixed base operator approved by the Borrower, or such other successor fixed base operator as approved by the Borrower.
Fixed Base Operator means any person meeting the minimum standards for a commercial aeronautical activity established by this ordinance and engaging in at least the following commercial aeronautical activities; public aviation fuel sales; aircraft engine, airframe, and accessory sales and service; flight training; aircraft charter and taxi service; and two (2) other commercial aeronautical activities.
Fixed Base Operator or “FBO” means any person or entity (a) with whom the County has a fixed base operator lease or operating agreement or (b) that has been approved by the Commission as an aircraft fuels and oil service aeronautical service provider.
Fixed Base Operator. (FBO) means an entity which maintains facilities at the Airport for the purpose of engaging in the retail sale of aviation fuels and at least two (2) of the following services: Aircraft sales/rental, flight instruction and training, aircraft charter, aircraft airframe and engine repair, avionics sales and repair, and aircraft line services.
