First Lien Representative definition
First Lien Representative means (i) in the case of any Initial First Lien Obligations or the Initial First Lien Claimholders, the Initial First Lien Representative and (ii) in the case of any Additional First Lien Obligations and the Additional First Lien Claimholders in respect thereof, each trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent and similar agent that is named as the First Lien Representative in respect of such Additional First Lien Obligations in the applicable joinder agreement (each, in the case of this clause (ii), together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, an “Additional First Lien Representative”).
First Lien Representative. (1) in the case of this Agreement, the Administrative Agent or (2) in the case of any other Series of First Lien Debt, the respective creditor or any trustee, agent or representative thereof designated in the respective Series of First Lien Debt.
First Lien Representative means (i) in the case of the First Lien Credit Agreement, the First Lien Administrative Agent and (ii) in the case of any Additional First Lien Obligations, the applicable Additional First Lien Obligations Agent.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Collateral Trust Agreement, the Collateral Trustee will not commence any Enforcement Action or otherwise take any action or proceeding against any of the Collateral unless and until it shall have been directed by written notice from the Controlling First Lien Representative and then only in accordance with the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement.

First Lien Representative means (a) in the case of the Notes, the Trustee, (b) in the case of the Credit Agreement, the administrative agent thereunder, and (c) in the case of any other Series of First Lien Debt, the agent or trustee who maintains the transfer register for such Series of First Lien Debt, as applicable, and is appointed as a representative of such Series of First Lien Debt (for purposes related to the administration of the applicable Note Security Documents) pursuant to the indenture, credit agreement or other agreement governing such Series of First Lien Debt and, in the case of Additional First Lien Debt constituting hedging obligations, the hedge bank party to the hedging agreement under which such hedging obligations arise, and that executes and delivers a designation and joinder in accordance with the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement.
First Lien Representative means an Authorized Representative for the holders of such First Lien Indebtedness.
