Junior Lien Representative definition
Junior Lien Representative means, in the case of any future Series of Junior Lien Debt, the trustee, agent or representative of the holders of such Series of Junior Lien Debt who (a) is appointed as a Junior Lien Representative (for purposes related to the administration of the Security Documents) pursuant to the indenture, credit agreement or other agreement governing such Series of Junior Lien Debt, together with its successors in such capacity, and (b) has become a party to the Collateral Trust Agreement by executing a joinder in the form required under the Collateral Trust Agreement.
Junior Lien Representative means any duly Authorized Representative of any holders of Junior Lien Obligations, which representative is party to the applicable security documents.
Junior Lien Representative means any duly authorized representative of any holders of Junior Lien Obligations, which representative is named as such in the Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement or any joinder thereto.

Junior Lien Representative means in the case of any Series of Junior Lien Debt, the trustee, agent or representative of the holders of such Series of Junior Lien Debt who maintains the transfer register for such Series of Junior Lien Debt and (A) is appointed as a Junior Lien Representative (for purposes related to the administration of the Security Documents) pursuant to the indenture, credit agreement or other agreement governing such Series of Junior Lien Debt, together with its successors in such capacity, and (B) who has executed a Collateral Trust Joinder, together with its successor in such capacity.
Junior Lien Representative has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement”.
Junior Lien Representative means Wilmington Trust, National Association in its capacity as “Priority Lien Collateral Trustee” under the Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement.
