First Lien Notes Agent shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement and shall include any successor thereto.

• Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the First Lien Notes Agent, and the ABL Agent will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective extensions of credit to any Credit Party in accordance with law and their usual practices, modified from time to time as they deem appropriate.

First Lien Notes Agent for the First Lien Notes Secured Parties (as defined below).

First Lien Notes Agent shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
