Financial Documents means bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, or other similar instruments used for obtaining the payment of money;

Financial Documents means the loan and credit agreements, notes, bonds, indentures, security agreements, lease financing agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, interest rate exchanges, swap agreements, consents and other documents relating to the development, bridge, back- leverage, construction or permanent debt financing and/or tax equity financing for the Generating Facility, including any credit enhancement, credit support, working capital financing, or refinancing documents, and any and all amendments, modifications, or supplements to the foregoing that may be entered into from time to time at the discretion of Tenant or its Affiliates in connection with development, construction, ownership, leasing, operation or maintenance of the Generating Facility.
