Existing Clients definition
Existing Clients means Persons covered by workers' compensation policies written by the Trust prior to the Effective Date which shall be offered workers' compensation insurance through TIG after the termination of their policies by the Trust as of the Effective Date.
Existing Clients means and include those clients having a credit history from any financial institution at the time of launch of the Scheme.
Existing Clients means the current clients of the Company as well as persons who were clients of the Company in the 12 (twelve) months prior to the Effective Date;

More Definitions of Existing Clients
Existing Clients means clients who have made one or more purchases (including, without limitation, by means of the Company Website or otherwise) or Services generally sold by the Company;
