Excluded Damages definition

Excluded Damages has the meaning specified in Section 9.12(a).
Excluded Damages shall have the meaning set forth in Section VIII.B., hereof.
Excluded Damages means any punitive, special or exemplary damages and any damages that are not probable and reasonably foreseeable.
