Changes may include: • Adding programs in the pathway (e.g., add Environmental Studies to the Biology pathway); • Modifying, removing, or adding MiTransfer Pathways courses; • Modifying, removing, or adding courses to the Remaining Degree Requirements; • Materially modifying the educational experience or content of the MiTransfer Pathways courses.
As of the Award Date (Award Start Date), reasonable costs may be incurred for Environmental Studies, Planning, General Administration, Program Engineering and Design, and Public Information.
In the event that either the Faculty of Environmental Studies or the Faculty of Education does not use all of their allotted positions, they will not be transferable to, nor can they be borrowed by, other Faculties.
Such Environmental Studies shall be conducted in a manner and at times so as to not unreasonably disrupt Seller’s business operations of the Branches.
