Entitled Party definition

Entitled Party means the Company unless the Collateral Agent or the Company has given notice to the Subordinated Lender that the Collateral Agent has, on behalf of the Secured Parties and pursuant to the Collateral Agency Agreement or related documents, properly exercised its remedies to foreclose on the Company’s interest in any System Lease and receive payments pursuant to any System Lease directly from Sharyland, in which case the Entitled Party shall mean the Collateral Agent, acting for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Entitled Party shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1(a).
Entitled Party has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.7.1(a).

More Definitions of Entitled Party

Entitled Party has the meaning set forth in SECTION 4.1(a).
