In addition, the Billing Party may suspend terminating traffic for the Billed Party if Disputed Amounts resolved to be due to the Billing Party are not paid within ninety (90) days after they are determined to be due, provided the Billing Party has given the Billed Party an additional thirty (30) days written notice and opportunity to cure the default.
If the dispute is resolved such that payment is not required, the Billing Party will issue the Billed Party a credit for the Disputed Amounts on its next invoice following the date of resolution of the dispute.
The Billed Party shall pay when due all undisputed amounts to the Billing Party, and shall include a copy of the dispute with the payment of the undisputed amount.
