If the Community Housing Provider Agreement is terminated for any reason prior to the transfer of the Affordable Housing Dwellings to the Community Housing Provider, the Developer or Landowner must notify the City within 5 Business Days of the date of termination, and the Developer and the Landowner must enter into a new agreement with an Eligible Community Housing Provider within a further 2 months, or such other period as agreed in writing by the City, on substantially the same terms.
An Eligible Community that withdraws or is deemed to have withdrawn as of July 31, 2021, will have no financial commitment to the Agency or the other Parties as a result of its participation in the Agency or its withdrawal as a Party hereto, other than as provided in Section 3.
Any time prior to July 31, 2021, a Party that has previously executed and delivered this Agreement may elect not to continue as an Eligible Community and may withdraw as a Party to this Agreement by providing a notice as specified in Section 11 (“Notice”) to the Secretary of its intent to withdraw.
Community service leave An employee is entitled to take unpaid community service leave while they are engaged in an Eligible Community Service Activity and for reasonable travel and rest time.
An Employee who engages in an Eligible Community Service activity is entitled to be absent from their workplace in accordance with the FW Act.
