Participating Community means a Community that is a Municipality or a County in Utah and that:

Participating Community or “Participating Communities” shall mean the municipal corporation or corporations existing under the laws of the state of Florida, located within the County, that enter into this Standard an aAgreement with County for pParticipation in the Consolidated Regional E-911 Communications System in substantially the form of this Agreement, as amended.

More Definitions of Participating Community

Participating Community means one of the Mi’kmaq Bands in Nova Scotia that has ratified the Final Agreement prior to its coming into force, or has chosen to ratify the Final Agreement in accordance with the provisions contained therein .

Participating Community means a municipality that has an effective memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Cuyahoga County for shared mobility operations.

Participating Community means a county, city, town or village which has adopted the regional plan for its district pursuant to section 44-0119 of this article.

Participating Community means (a) a city or county that is a member of SJVPA and has executed SJVPA’s Program Agreement 1 and/or (b) a city or county that has satisfied the condition set forth in Section 3.1(a) of the SJVPA Joint Powers Agreement relating to membership by such city/county, namely, requiring “the adoption of a resolution by the governing body of such incorporated municipality or such county requesting that the incorporated municipality or county, as the case may be, become a member of the Authority.”
