If the complaint is not an Eligible Claim or the Subscriber wishes to use a dispute resolution or mediation service other than OBSI, then the Subscriber acknowledges that it will bear the expense for the independent dispute resolution and mediation services.
Any Claim Package that cannot, or for any reason does not, include all of the required Supporting Documentation shall be considered incomplete and fails to establish an Eligible Claim, and subjects the Claimant’s case to dismissal with prejudice, as described below, without compensation absent timely cure as set forth herein.
