Elements definition

Elements means those parts of the Service that can be selected and configured via the Portal or API to create an Online Order for the Service.
Elements means any elements maintained by DB Contractor within the Maintenance Limits, which include certain newly constructed or rehabilitated elements by DB Contractor as listed in Exhibit 14 to the CMA.
Elements means all physical elements of or relating to a Film, including all negatives, duplicate negatives, fine grain prints, soundtracks, positive prints (cut-outs and trims excepted), and sound, all video formats (including PAL/NTSC), and other physical properties in connection with a Film and the trailer for such Film, exposed film, developed film, positives, negatives, prints, answer prints, special effects, pre-print materials (including interpositives, negatives, duplicate negatives, internegatives, color reversals, intermediates, lavenders, fine grain master prints and matrices and all other forms of pre-print elements which may be necessary or useful to produce prints or other copies or additional pre-print elements, whether now known or hereafter devised), soundtracks, recordings, audio and video tapes and discs of all types and gauges, cutouts, trims, non-analog recordings and tapes, including without limitation, any video digital recordings and HDTV format recordings, and any and all other physical properties of every kind and nature relating to a Film in whatever state of completion, and all duplicates, drafts, versions, variations and copies of each thereof.

Examples of Elements in a sentence

  • CLEC represents that it is, or intends to become, a provider of Telephone Exchange Service to residential and business End Users offered exclusively over its own Telephone Exchange Service facilities or predominantly over its own Telephone Exchange Service facilities in combination with the use of 251(c)(3) Unbundled Network Elements purchased from other entity(ies) and/or the Resale of Telecommunications Services of other carriers.

  • C2G in its sole discretion may refuse to accept old or shrunken Elements or Elements showing any imperfection or having an unusual photographic or other physical condition.

  • In the event that such Elements are accepted for services of any kind, C2G shall not be responsible for quality problems resulting from such Element Conditions or any resulting additional time requirements.

  • At any time, C2G may require the Lessee to retake possession of any or all of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Elements.

Elements means the measurable quantitative or qualitative elements of B-BBEE compliance in the Codes;

Elements means all physical embodiments of any Film or its elements, or any marketing, advertising or promotional materials, behind-the-scenes footage, featurettes, “bonus” or “added value” materials or other ancillary or subsidiary materials of every kind and nature relating to a Film or its elements in whatever state of completion, wherever located (including in any film laboratory or storage facility owned or controlled by an entity, any of its Subsidiaries or any other Person), in any video, audio or other format (including PAL, NTSC and high definition), including: (i) all positive, negative, fine grain and answer prints; (ii) all exposed or developed film, pre- print materials (including positives, interpositives, negatives, internegatives, color reversals, intermediates, lavenders, fine grain master prints and matrices and all other forms of pre-print elements which may be necessary or useful to produce prints or other copies or additional pre-print elements, whether now known or hereafter devised), subtitles, special effects, cutouts, stock footage, outtakes, tabs and trims; (iii) tapes, discs, hard drives, computer memory, or other electronic media of any nature; (iv) all sound and music tracks, audio and video recordings of all types and gauges (whether analog, digital or otherwise) in all languages; and (v) all cells, drawings, storyboards, models, sculptures, puppets, bibles, outlines, scripts, screenplays and other physical properties.
Elements means all physical film and/or video media containing intellectual property and associated rights as provided by Customer or created by Company on Customer’s request. Elements shall also mean any file-based data recordings containing intellectual property and associated rights as provided by Customer or created by Company on Customer’s request, and all physical storage devices used to record, transport and archive file-based data content.
Elements means the following physical embodiments of or relating to a Film or its elements wherever located (including in any film laboratory or storage facility), in any video, audio or other format (including PAL, NTSC and high definition) and whether existing on film, print, tape, disc or other media: (i) all positive, negative, fine grain and answer prints; (ii) all exposed or developed film, pre-print materials (including positives, interpositives, negatives, internegatives, color reversals, intermediates, lavenders, fine grain master prints and matrices and all other forms of pre-print elements which may be necessary or useful to produce prints or other copies or additional pre-print elements, whether now known or hereafter devised), subtitles, special effects, cutouts, stock footage, outtakes, tabs and trims; (iii) all sound and music tracks, audio and video recordings of all types and gauges (whether analog, digital or otherwise) in all languages and (iv) all cells, drawings, storyboards, models, sculptures, puppets, bibles, outlines, scripts, screenplays, marketing and publicity materials and other physical properties of every kind and nature relating to a Film or its elements in whatever state of completion.
