EDP definition

EDP means electronic data processing.
EDP. The electronic data processing system used by the Seller and the Servicer, which are licensees of ALLTEL Information Services, Inc. Effective Loan-to-Value Ratio: A fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the original Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan, less the amount of Additional Collateral required to secure such Mortgage Loan at the time of origination, if any, and the denominator of which is the Appraised Value of the related Mortgage Property at such date.
EDP means the electronic data processing system used by Owner and the Company, which are licensees of ALLTEL Information Services, Inc.
