The Customer hereby indemnifies and holds ▇▇▇▇▇▇ harmless against any claims, costs and/or damages which may be incurred by the Customer or the ECNS Provider as a result of a failure by the Customer to pay the ECNS Provider fees, or any part thereof, as the case may be.
