Early Works definition

Early Works means the works completed pursuant to the Early Works Agreement.
Early Works has the meaning given to it in Article 3.1;
Early Works means early work under the Contract which is the subject of a direction by the Principal’s Representative pursuant to clause 3.6;

Examples of Early Works in a sentence

  • Each of the parties agree that the Early Works Equity Contribution Agreement is terminated as of the date hereof.

  • It is envisaged that the Early Works will be completed over the course of 2022 to ensure that the construction of the Proposed Pipeline is completed in line with TMT’s proposed MTMP development schedule.


More Definitions of Early Works

Early Works means all work in relation to the gas field development and associated infrastructure for the purpose of delivering CSG to the local domestic market up to and including first gas at QCLNG.
Early Works means the work performed by the DBO Contractor under the Early Works Agreement.
Early Works has the meaning set out in Section 2.11;
Early Works means, to the extent approved by City, any physical work required at the Project Site, or off-site utility work, or physical work associated with relocating the Potrero Division bus fleet and all relevant operations out of the Project Site, during the PDA Term to enable Substantial Completion of the Infrastructure Facility by the Outside Delivery Date.
Early Works means the carrying out of any of the following works on the site:
Early Works means the design and/or construction of those works identified in Schedule 1 to this Agreement and including any changes made to those works in accordance with this Agreement;
Early Works means electricity diversions, gas diversions, potable water diversions, telecommunications diversions, surface water sewer diversions, foul drainage sewer diversions, utility continuity, temporary drainage or utilities works, the construction of temporary rail heads and temporary access routes and the excavation and removal of spoil as may be present, required to facilitate the Southern Development and / or Northern Development (as the case may be) the necessary information relating to which is to be approved pursuant to Condition 49.1 of this Permission and provided that such Early Works are unlikely to have significant adverse environmental effects compared to the assessments contained in the EIA Process.
