Due Diligence Date definition

Due Diligence Date means 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on Friday, January 9, 2004 or such other date that is otherwise agreed to by the Parties.
Due Diligence Date means January 15, 1997.
Due Diligence Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).

Examples of Due Diligence Date in a sentence

  • In the event of lesser damage or destruction after the Due Diligence Date, Buyer shall have no right to terminate this Agreement by reason of such damage or destruction.

  • Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, either Party, in its sole and absolute discretion, and for any reason or reasons or for no reason whatsoever, may terminate this Agreement by delivering written notice of such termination to the other Party at any time on or before the Due Diligence Date, and upon such termination, the Parties will have no further rights or obligations hereunder, except as expressly provided herein.

Due Diligence Date means 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the date which is the earlier of (i) the day after the date upon which EPR receives a commitment letter from its lender, and (ii) Friday, December 19, 2003.
