Examples of Due Diligence Date in a sentence
In the event of lesser damage or destruction after the Due Diligence Date, Buyer shall have no right to terminate this Agreement by reason of such damage or destruction.
In the event of a taking of less than all or a material part of the Property after the Due Diligence Date, Buyer shall have no right to terminate this Agreement by reason of such taking.

Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, either Party, in its sole and absolute discretion, and for any reason or reasons or for no reason whatsoever, may terminate this Agreement by delivering written notice of such termination to the other Party at any time on or before the Due Diligence Date, and upon such termination, the Parties will have no further rights or obligations hereunder, except as expressly provided herein.
