Dispatchable definition

Dispatchable means a Providing Unit that is capable of being Dispatched;
Dispatchable means the ability to turn on or turn off a generating resource at the request of the utility’s system operators, or the ability to increase or decrease the output of a generating resource from moment to moment in response to signals from a utility’s Automatic Generation Control System, Energy Management System or similar control system, or at the request of the utility’s system operators.
Dispatchable means energy and capacity available for delivery on a day-ahead and intra-day schedule with a monthly availability factor of at least 95% in each of the months of June through and including September and other monthly factors as stated in Attachment H. A Project providing a Dispatchable product must have a minimum run time of eight (8) hours per day.
