Discovered definition

Discovered means the information collected from the applications and servers probed by the System.
Discovered or ‘Discovery’ means when a director, partner, departmental director, senior manager or equivalent of the Insured becomes aware of matters which would cause a reasonable person to assume that a Loss of the sort covered by this Policy has been or will be incurred, even though the exact amount or details of a Loss may not then be known. Such Discovery shall then constitute knowledge possessed or Discovery made by every Insured.
Discovered means a Breach shall be treated as discovered by Covered Entity or Business Associate as of the first day on which such Breach is known to such Covered Entity or Business Associate, respectively, (including any person, other than the individual committing the Breach, that is an employee, officer or other agent of such entity or associate, respectively) or should reasonably have been known to such Covered Entity or Business Associate (or person) to have occurred.
