Development Requirements definition

Development Requirements means development requirements annexed to leased land under Part IV of this Act as varied in accordance with any directions of the Land Tribunal, and any requirements substituted in accordance with any such directions;
Development Requirements means the Project Approvals and the Transaction Documents, as they may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Development Requirements

Development Requirements means (i) the Project Approvals, (ii) the Transaction Documents and (iii) the documents approved under the DRDAP and the SUD, as they may be amended from time to time.
Development Requirements means any fees or requirement(s) of the City imposed in connection with or pursuant to the Project Approvals such as the construction or improvement of public facilities or the payment of fees or assessments in order to lessen, offset, mitigate or compensate for the impacts of the Development.

Development Requirements means the requirements set forth in the Gilbert Unified Land Development Code, the Heritage District Design Guidelines, Gilbert building and other technical codes, required traffic studies for the Project and other applicable state, federal and local laws governing the development of the Project, including Final Design Approval.
