Developing Party definition

Developing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(d).
Developing Party means, with respect to any Licensed Product or Licensed Compound, the Party conducting Development activities with respect to such Licensed Compound or Licensed Product pursuant to Section 2.1. The Parties acknowledge that each Party could simultaneously be a Developing Party for a particular Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.
Developing Party means the Party conducting or proposing to conduct the applicable clinical study itself or through its Affiliates, Sublicensees or Third Parties.

Developing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(c).

Developing Party means the Party whom the Research Management Committee designates to develop a Research Compound into a Product as provided in Section 5.2.

Developing Party means a Party Developing solely a Product Improvement, a Combination Product or an Other Product under a Subsequent Development Plan as set forth in Section 4.4.4 (i) of this Agreement.
