Termination of Trading definition

Termination of Trading means the Common Stock, or other Capital Stock into which the Notes are then convertible, is not listed for trading on a United States national securities exchange or approved for quotation on a U.S. system of automated dissemination of quotations of securities prices similar to The NASDAQ Global Select Market prior to its designation as a national securities exchange.
Termination of Trading means that the Common Stock (or other Reference Property into which the Notes are then convertible pursuant to the terms of this Indenture) are not listed for trading on any of the Exchange, The New York Stock Exchange, The Nasdaq Global Market or The Nasdaq Capital Market (or any of their respective successors) (such exchanges or any of their respective successors, a “Permitted Exchange”).
