Design Guide definition

Design Guide means the Design Guide for Compatibility with District Energy, as administered and issued by Corix, and as amended from time to time, a current version of which is attached to this Agreement as Schedule B.
Design Guide means the version of the London Housing Design Guide applicable at the submission by the Grant Recipient of the Planning Application; Detailed Design and Contract Procurement Stage means the stage of delivery of the Project comprising:

Design Guide means the Design Guide for Compatibility with District Energy, as administered and issued by Corix, and as amended from time to time.
Design Guide means the guide that comprises the standards necessary for planning, constructing, renovating, and refurbishing Projects, including site plans, architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, landscaping, and interior design, as set forth in the Design Guide document as it exists on the Effective Date, as it may be modified pursuant to Section 7.2.
Design Guide means the material provided as TECHNICAL INFORMATION including but not limited to the following: GlobeSpan Transceiver Specifications, Transceiver Power Requirements and Considerations, Transceiver Circuit Schematics, Transceiver Xxxx Of Materials, Transceiver Layout Guide, Transceiver Controller Interface Guide, Transceiver or CAD Design Files, Transceiver Debugging Guide, and Transceiver DSL Operating Firmware.
Design Guide means the Hampshire County Council Guide to Designing Extra Care Housing (as varied from time to time) a copy of which is included in Annexure 1;
Design Guide means the document entitled Valley Line West LRT Design Guide that provides guidance on implementing the SUI requirements for the Project, a copy of which is included in the Disclosed Data.
Design Guide. : means the guide to be submitted pursuant to condition 22 for the development of Development Areas 1 and 3. The Design Guide shall cover but not be limited to the items set out in Annexure C to this permission.

  • Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;

  • Standard Specifications means the City of Madera Standard Specifications, including attached details and amendments thereto.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient through FIRCA on March 30, 2010, for the purposes of defining the detailed implementation arrangements for the Project, and setting forth, inter alia: (i) the detailed Project staffing plan for each stakeholder; and (ii) the Project monitoring and evaluation modalities, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Technical Specifications means the technical specifications set forth in Schedule 1 to the Agreement and to which, the STBs, CAS and SMS must comply with.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Design flow means the maximum volume of wastewater estimated to be generated by a dwelling or non-dwelling facility in a twenty-four-hour period. It includes both a typical operating capacity and a surge capacity for the system during periodic heavy use events. The sizing and design of the onsite wastewater treatment system components are based on the design flow.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Technical Guidance Letter or “TGL” means an instruction, clarification, or interpretation of the requirements of the Contract, issued by the System Agency to the Grantee.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.
