Notices is defined in Section 6.3.
Communications means, collectively, any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material provided by or on behalf of any Loan Party pursuant to any Loan Document or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed by the Administrative Agent, any Lender or the Issuing Bank by means of electronic communications pursuant to this Section, including through an Electronic System.
Requests means advice, requests, approvals, consents or recommendations that you or an Authorised Person is appointed, entitled, empowered or authorised to give to a ZEDRA Entity;

Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above. Notice of Dishonor means the right to require the Note Holder to give notice to other persons that amounts due have not been paid.
Protest means a written objection by an interested party to this solicitation or to a proposed or actual award of a contract pursuant to this solicitation.
Complaints means each of the following documents:
Correspondence between the Company, the Union, or any member of the Union arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Company, the Union and member by verifiable means.
Deliveries means both transportation and sales volumes.
Claims is defined in Section 12.3.
Approvals means the permits, clearances, licenses and consents as are listed in Schedule 3 hereto and any other statutory approvals.
Environmental Notices means notice from any Environmental Authority or by any other person or entity, of possible or alleged noncompliance with or liability under any Environmental Requirement, including without limitation any complaints, citations, demands or requests from any Environmental Authority or from any other person or entity for correction of any violation of any Environmental Requirement or any investigations concerning any violation of any Environmental Requirement.
Causes of Action means any action, claim, Claim, cause of action, controversy, demand, right, action, Lien, indemnity, Interest, guaranty, suit, obligation, liability, damage, judgment, account, defense, offset, power, privilege, license, and franchise of any kind or character whatsoever, whether known, unknown, contingent or non-contingent, matured or unmatured, suspected or unsuspected, liquidated or unliquidated, disputed or undisputed, secured or unsecured, assertable directly or derivatively, whether arising before, on, or after the Petition Date, in contract or in tort, in law, or in equity or pursuant to any other theory of law. For the avoidance of doubt, “Cause of Action” includes: (a) any right of setoff, counterclaim, or recoupment and any claim for breach of contract or for breach of duties imposed by law or in equity; (b) the right to object to Claims or Interests; (c) any Claim pursuant to section 362 or chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code; (d) any claim or defense including fraud, mistake, duress, and usury; and any other defenses set forth in section 558 of the Bankruptcy Code; and (e) any state or foreign law fraudulent transfer or similar claim.
Dishonor of a letter of credit means failure timely to honor or to take an interim action, such as acceptance of a draft, that may be required by the letter of credit.
Writing means the representation or reproduction of words, symbols or other information in a visible form by any method or combination of methods, whether sent or supplied in electronic form or otherwise.
Remote communication means communication via electronic communication, conference telephone, videoconference, the internet, or such other means by which persons not physically present in the same location may communicate with each other on a substantially simultaneous basis.
Informal communications means any communication method other than written emails to the Point of Contact Person identified for this RFP.
Agent for Service of Process means every person now or hereafter appointed by the Contractor to be served or to accept service of process in any State of the United States. Without excluding any other method of service authorized by law, the Contractor agrees that every Agent for Service of Process is designated as its non-exclusive agent for service of process, summons, and complaint. The Contractor will instruct each Agent for Service of Process that after such agent receives the process, summons, or complaint, such agent shall promptly send it to the Contractor. This subsection (ii) does not apply while the Contractor maintains a registered agent in North Carolina with the office of the N. C. Secretary of State and such registered agent can be found with due diligence at the registered office.
Grievances filed under this Article shall begin at Step 2. Grievances under this clause shall be handled with all possible confidentiality and dispatch.
Directions means the directions contemplated in section 27(2) of the Act, issued by a Cabinet member relating to his or her line functions, after consultation with the Cabinet members responsible for cooperative governance and traditional affairs and justice and correctional services;
Orders means judgments, writs, decrees, compliance agreements, injunctions or orders of any Governmental Entity or arbitrator.
Calls means telephone messages attempted by customers or users.
Judgments means all judgments, decrees, verdicts, decisions or orders issued in resolution of or otherwise in connection with a Claim, whether or not final or subject to appeal, and including all rights of enforcement relating thereto and any and all Proceeds thereof.
Communication is defined in Section 10.
Summons means the call for a Bondholders’ Meeting or a Written Resolution as the case may be.
