Demands definition

Demands means any claims, actions, suits, investigations, inquiries or proceedings;
Demands means the respective inspection demands for books and records made by stockholders, Rita Azrelyant and Lydia Grech, on Inovio pursuant to 8 Del. C. § 220 and the joint litigation demand made by the Stockholders on the Board.
