Delivery Due Date definition

Delivery Due Date has the meaning in the Purchase Order, as adjusted in accordance with the Agreement;

Delivery Due Date means the date/period displayed by the Client on its Website or otherwise notified to the Customer on or before which the Clients hall deliver the Products or Services to the Customers.

Delivery Due Date means the date for the delivery of a Party’s Component Product(s) that has been acknowledged and confirmed by such Party as set forth in such Party’s applicable General Supply Terms.

• Wengfu Australia will use its reasonable endeavours to make Product available for Delivery by the Delivery Due Date.

• Wengfu Australia reserves the right, by notice to the Customer at any time before Delivery, to increase the Price on account of any costs or expenses incurred or to be incurred by Wengfu Australia relating to circumstances within the Customer’s control including failing to take Delivery by the Delivery Due Date.

More Definitions of Delivery Due Date

Delivery Due Date means the date/period displayed by the Client and/or the Sub-Merchant on the Client Website on or before which the Client and/or the Sub-Merchant shall deliver the products to the Customer who have purchased product(s) by making payment for the said products over the internet through the Availed Channels;

Delivery Due Date means the date/period displayed by the Client on the E-Commerce Platform or otherwise notified to the Customer on or before which the Client shall deliver the Products to or perform the Services for the Customers.
