Debit Account definition

Debit Account means an account which we may request you to maintain with us, designated for the purpose of Debit Transactions, and which is not linked to any savings or current account;
Debit Account means any account (for the purpose of this definition, including but not limited to the Primary Account) maintained with the Bank for the time being designated for the purpose of making withdrawal of funds in relation to the Phonebanking Service.
Debit Account means, subject to the relevant Debit Accountholder having agreed to the terms of the relevant Conditions, any account (including but not limited to an Account) maintained with the Bank, which is designated for the purposes of making withdrawals of funds in relation to the Phone Banking Service.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Administrative Agent hereby agrees that it shall not auto-debit the Debit Account for interest payments due under the Loan until the seventh (7th) day of each calendar month during the term of the Loan (notwithstanding the fact that interest is due and payable under the Loan on the first day of each month).
