DDJ means DDJ Capital Management, LLC.

DDJ means Dean & DeLuca Japan Co., Ltd., a company registered and existing under the laws of Japan whose registered office is or was at Daiwa Jingumae Building, 4th floor, 2-4-11, Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo-to, 150-0001, and/or Welcome Co., Ltd., a company established and registered under the laws of Japan and with a registered office at Daiwa Jinguamae Building, 4th Floor, 2-4-11 Jinguame, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan together with any Related Parties of the foregoing in their capacities as such.
