DCT definition

DCT has the meaning specified in the preamble of this Agreement.
DCT or the "Contractor" means DCT Gdańsk S.A., entered in the business register of the National Court Register under number 0000031077, its successors and its assigns;
DCT means Delaware City Terminaling Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
