Customer Commit Date definition

Customer Commit Date means the date that Service will be available to Customer, as set forth in the Customer Welcome Letter or such other written notice from Level 3 to Customer. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any Customer Order to the contrary, no Customer requested date for delivery of Service will be effective unless and until confirmed in writing by Level 3 through the delivery to Customer of the Customer Commit Date.

Customer Commit Date means the date Lumen will install Service. The Customer Commit Date is established following Lumen’s acceptance of an Order.

Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any Customer Order to the contrary, no Customer requested date for delivery of Service will be effective unless and until confirmed in writing by IP Nexia through the delivery to Customer of the Customer Commit Date.
