Covered System definition

Covered System means a national security system, as that term is defined at 10 U.S.C. 2339a. It is any information system, including any telecommunications system, used or operated by an agency or by a contractor of an agency, or other organization on behalf of an agency:

More Definitions of Covered System

Covered System means a system for which Customer has (i) paid the applicable Service fee and (ii) has provided to Sun all identifying and entitlement information as requested by Sun and in the manner specified by Sun. All other software instances for OpenSolaris OS and all other software packages are excluded from this Service. Covered Software specifically excludes non- operating system components which may be shipped together with the OpenSolaris OS but which require a separate service agreement. Malfunctions caused by other software code are excluded, and no developer, custom code, or architectural support is provided under this Service. Sun will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide this Service.
