Covered Items definition

Covered Items means goods, services or intangible rights.
Covered Items means goods or services; (b) “Supplier” means a vendor or distributor of Covered Items; and (c) “Supplier Agreement” means an agreement that is entered into by CNHN with a Supplier, makes Covered Items available for sale to Member, and sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Member may purchase Covered Items from the Supplier. Schedule A lists the current Supplier Agreements and will be updated from time to time.
Covered Items means any products or services offered for sale to builders and/or remodelers and End Users by GE in the following categories: refrigeration, cooking, speed cooking, microwave, laundry, dishwasher, and room air conditioners.

Examples of Covered Items in a sentence

  • Provista and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents and employees shall not be liable to Customer for any act, or failure to act, in connection with any Provista Supplier Agreement (or Provista program), including, but not limited to, any failure of a Supplier to furnish the Covered Items that the Supplier has agreed to furnish under any Provista Supplier Agreement.

  • Except as noted below, each Provista Supplier Agreement provides for Supplier Fees that are fixed at three percent or less of the purchase price of the Covered Items in the Provista Supplier Agreement.

  • Customer further acknowledges and agrees that, in the event that Customer purchases Covered Items pursuant to Provista Supplier Agreement, Customer shall comply with any and all applicable terms and conditions set forth in such Provista Supplier Agreement.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Provista hereby disclaims and excludes any express or implied representation or warranty regarding any Covered Items under any Provista Supplier Agreement (or Provista program).


More Definitions of Covered Items

Covered Items means goods, services or intangible rights;

Covered Items do not include commercial-grade equipment and Non-Essential Components (as defined in Exclusions, Section 2, below).
Covered Items means: A single purchase, with a sales price of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750), or less, of computers, computer software, and school computer supplies. "Computer," "computer software," and "school computer supplies" shall not include furniture and any systems, devices, software, peripherals designed or intended primarily for recreational use, or video games of a non- educational nature.
