Coupon Level definition

Coupon Level means, in respect of:
Coupon Level means, in respect of each Share in the Share Basket, 80 per cent. (80%) of the Reference Price (Initial) of such Share, as determined by the Calculation Agent, being, for:
Coupon Level means, in respect of each Share in the Share Basket and each Valuation Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Reference Price (Initial) of such Share, multiplied by (ii) the Coupon Barrier in respect of such Valuation Date, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
