Conversion Unit definition

Conversion Unit is defined in Section 6.1(d)(xiii).
Conversion Unit means one Conversion Share and one half of a Conversion Warrant, to be issued at the Conversion Price in connection with the conversion of all or part of this Convertible Debenture;
