Contributed Asset definition

Contributed Asset means each Asset or other asset, in such form as may be permitted by the Act, but excluding cash, contributed or deemed contributed to the Partnership.

Contributed Asset means a Contributed REO Property and/or a Contributed Mortgage Loan.

Contributed Asset means any asset or other property (other than cash) that is contributed to the Issuer as a capital contribution or in respect of Equity Interests other than Disqualified Stock.
