Contingent Workers definition

Contingent Workers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

Contingent Workers means the independent contractors, consultants, temporary employees, leased employees or other servants or agents rendering services to the Business and classified by a Seller as other than Business Employees or compensated other than through wages paid by the applicable Seller through its payroll department.

More Definitions of Contingent Workers

Contingent Workers shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.17.1 hereof.
