Containerized cargo definition

Containerized cargo means cargo in containers between vessels and inland carriers or vice versa, vessel to vessel, to or from a warehouse or between inland carriers in a container.
Containerized cargo means general goods, commodities or wares that are shipped in non-disposable, reusable, commercial sized shipping containers that are customarily used on sea- and ocean-going vessels for the convenient shipment of such goods, commodities or wares.
Containerized cargo means cargo shipped in a container that is enclosed, permanent, reusable, nondisposable, weather tight.
